Debbie Duenas Fears is the Sales Counselor at The Terraces of Los Gatos. The community location opened in December of 1992 in the heart of the historic, charming town of Los Gatos. The Terraces of Los Gatos is a full service independent living “Continuing Care Retirement Community” located on a nine-acre campus with 175 residential apartment homes. We offer an array of services and amenities built into the monthly fees that provide an independent lifestyle with options, conveniences, and comprehensive health care services on campus.
