"Bridgepoint at Los Altos is an Independent and Assisted Living Community. We are a private pay community fully licensed for care. Those that are independent can remain in their apartments and add care (even temporarily) and not have to move to receive it. The community is nestled in the residential neighborhood of Los Altos, California. Walking paths and fruit trees surround our community. Within our walls, is a family made up of residents and staff who make everyday a day to rise for. Our community is well known for a place to live independently and maintenance free, while having access to personal help and not having to move apartments when you need more."
