The Terraces of Los Gatos is owned and managed by ABHOW, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation since 1949. The one-time entrance fees and monthly fees provide quality housing, and security of life-long residency, so you can continue to live your way in an area you love, with a firm plan for the future. Residential Living provides priority lifetime access to our continuum of on-site health care options, including assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory support and short-term rehab.
Our community provides maintenance free living, no worries, exciting, life-enriching opportunities, classes, concerts, games, group outings, volunteering – something interesting and enjoyable every day. A flat and easy-to-navigate campus with covered walkways, and beautifully landscaped gardens and courtyards. Our community is located next door to gourmet grocers, Kings Court Shopping Center, Whole Foods, restaurants, cafés, arts and entertainment are also easily accessible, so you can continue the lifestyle you’re used to.
