Seller Reminders about Solar:

  • If there is a solar system and if they own it or lease it. and have them contact the  solar company to give us access.

  • If Solar, request that the seller give us a copy of their current lease or contract   

 

  • If Solar, have the seller contact the solar company and have them order the transfer documents from the solar company   

  • Ask sellers if the roof is still under warranty. If so, ask them to make sure it's transferrable  and have them contact the roofing company.

Reminders to the Seller/s:

  • Remind the seller to dispose of HouseHold Hazardous Waste (HHHW) 

 

  • Remind seller to continue with their mow and blow service until the COE
